  • WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR A BAR OF SOAP?
    Most of our soaps have a shelf life of 24 months, however, we recommend you use them prior to this for maximum fragrance. Soaps made with real food such as papaya and aloe bar have a shelf life of 12 months.
  • ARE SEVEN WONDERS SOAPS SAFE FOR KIDS?
    Yes, our soaps are recommended for children 2 and up
  •  IS YOUR SOAP GOOD FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
    While our soap is not formulated to be hypoallergenic, we recommend the oatmeal, milk, and honey bar, or the triple butter milk and honey bar for sensitive skin.
  • WHAT IF I EXPERIENCE A BREAKOUT?
    Although all of our soaps are made with natural ingredients, it is still possible that you could be allergic to them. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if needed. The ingredients of each bar are listed under the product description. Please consult with a physician before use.
  • CAN SOAPS BE USED ON THE FACE & BODY?
    All of our soaps can be used on the face and entire body.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    All Major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
  • SHIPPING
    Thank you so much for shopping with Seven Wonders LLC handcrafted skincare. All orders are personally packaged and shipped with time and care. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 -10 business days from receipt of order. A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped and you will be notified via email. Please take time and ensure that your address is correct during checkout, as Seven Wonders LLC will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All items are shipped via USPS. As of now Seven Wonders does not offer international shipping.
  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES
    There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds once you have submitted your order. All sales are FINAL.
  • RESTOCKS
    Restock dates will be announced via social media, email or website. Restocks occur every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • DAMAGED PRODUCTS
    If you receive a damaged package, please use the contact form for further instructions.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you cannot cancel it.
